In medium bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cocoa. Set aside.
In big bowl beat butter until fluffy and lighter in color. Beat in sugar. Mix in eggs. Add vanilla.
Add flour mixture to wet ingredients. Stir in espresso beans and chocolate chips.
Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes on middle rack. Don't over bake.
Makes 2-3 dozen.
