In a 13 x 9 x2 baking pan, melt margarine, sprinkle crumbs evenly over melted margarine. Top evenly with coconut then condensed milk. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
In a small saucepan melt chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat and spread evenly over hot coconut layer.
Cool
Cut into 36 bars
