Suggest a better descriptionArange the fruit in the base of a 900ml (1 1/2 pint) souffle dish. Spoon over the creme fraiche to completely seal in the fruit and chill for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle over the sugar and smooth the top. Place under a preheated grill for 1-2 minutes until the sugar has caramelised. NOTES : A perfect combination of tropical fruits with a creamy creme fraiche layer and a crunchy caramelised sugar topping.
