I have always been a big fan of Tuna in any form, but I was inspired when someone told me to try it with olive oil instead of mayo. Some experimentation led to the creation of this crunchy, tasty tuna which can be used on a sandwich, or on crackers.
1. Drain Tuna, place in mixing bowl.
2. Combine all ingredients and stir with spoon.
3. Serve on bread, or on crackers.
