Convection Oven Bake
Rub each drumstick with sea salt, caraway seed, cover with chopped garlic, add water and place into a high rimmed roasting pan. Cover with aluminum foil and place into oven for 1 hour at 400F.
After an hour, remove foil and continue to bake the drumsticks for another 1 to 1 ? hour or until tender and cooked. Make sure to turn the drumsticks every so often after you remove the foil to ensure that all sides cook evenly and remain moist.
