Long sweet peppers and hamburg sauté in tomato sauce.
1) cut onion, tomatoes and peppers and set aside.
2) in large skillet place oil and sauté onions and hamburger
3) add peppers in skillet cook until soft
4) add tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes form a sauce.
5) serve with rice and yogurt
