Blueberry pie we had at Uncle Thom's house when we visited New Jersey
Mash 1 pint blueberries with potato masher.
In a 3 quart saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in water and mashed blueberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and boil two minutes longer.
Cool.
Fold in remaining 2 pints blueberries into cooled mixture. Pile into pastry shell.
Chill. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
