Vegan Creamed Spinach served hot! Water sautee' approx 20 oz frozen spinach. In a blender mix 1 c. cashews, 1 c. unsweetened almond milk, 4 tbsp dehydrated onions & I just use 2 tsp. of seasoned salt (or sodium-free seasoning). Add mixture to spinach, stir well till it's warm & serve. My son's word for this is "Epic!" :)
