A wonderful Vegetable casserole with broccoli, artichokes and mushrooms
Cook broccoli, drain.
Sauté Mushrooms in 2 tbs of butter
In a large bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Season (pepper and Lawry's Season salt).
Stir in broccoli, mushrooms and artichokes.
Pour into a 9x13 greased pan. Cover with tomatoes and sprinkle with bread crumbs *bread crumbs can be sauted in 1/4 butter for added flavor.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes. For a double recipe, use convection oven at 325 for 30 minutes.
