Very tasty and simple pasta dish
Heat oil, saute garlic for about 1 minute, add tomatoes. Cook and stir continuously for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and thyme. Cover and simmer for at least 15 minutes. Serve over cooked vermicelli.
