Pot Roast with Gravy
Place ingredients in Crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Optional: Remove roast (keep warm). Wisk 4 tablespoons of cornstarch with ΒΌ cup cold water. Stir into cooking juices until smooth. Turn to high and cook until gravy is thickened. Slice roast, return to Crockpot and heat through.
