Whit Chocolate Mousse

a cool holiday treat


1 1oz package white chocolate instant pudding mix; fat free, sugar free
1 1/2 cups cold whole milk
1 8oz container frozen non dairy whipped topping; thawed
1 1oz white chocolate baking square

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in whipped topping. Into 12 (2oz) shot glasses or 4 dessert bowls evenly spoon pudding mixture. Chill for 1 hour. Using a vegetable peeler, shave off thin slices of white chocolate to make curls. Arrange on mousse just before serving.
