in a large bowl. Add thighs and drumsticks, toss to coat, and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate chicken for 12 to 24
hours.
Preheat grill to medium high. Brush grill grates with oil. Remove thighs and drumsticks from marinade; coat
with non-stick cooking spray.
Grill thighs and drumsticks, meat side down, covered 15 minutes on each side. Grill until instant read thermometer
inserted into thickest part registers 170*. Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter and add 1/4 cup fresh lime juice.
Use as a baste for mangoes Grill mangoes alongside meat covered, 4-5 minutes per side. Serve chicken with
mangoes and limes.
Serve with jasmine rice.
