Mu husband learned how to prepare cucumbers this way from a group of buddies at work. Its a really simple little appetizer, but Im addicted to these!
Cut the cucumber in half. Then cut each half in half, length wise. Generously dot each piece with the hot sauce, then sprinkle with the kosher salt.
