Suggest a better descriptionSimmer zucchini and onion in water until tender.
Mix mushroom soup, sour cream and grated carrots together.
Melt 4 T. Butter with 8 ounces Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix. Put 1/2 of stuffing mixture in 8" square pan. Mix zucchini and onion with the soup mixture. Spread on stuffing. Put remainder of stuffing mixture on top and drizzle with butter.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
