	Sanci's Fried Tilapia I didn't use breadcrumbs because I didn't have any. I mixed 1/2 cup of flour with a 1/4 cup of cornmeal and spices. Dipped in egg wash, then breading and fried. Taste was a little plain but we kicked it up with lemon pepper. on Thursday, February 28, 2013
	Beef/rice Casserole I omitted the onion since my family doesn't care for them. I also added extra garlic, season salt and pepper. It tasted pretty good and you could always add to the recipe (mushrooms, peppers, ect.) on Tuesday, February 26, 2013
