Slow Cooker Barbecue Beef SandwichesGreat flavor. The meat was done to perfection. Easy to make. Delicious on a small roll with some mayo and cheddar cheese. This will become a regular favorite.

Taco LasagnaDelicious and easy. A quick delight. I used a Penzy's spice called Arizona Dreaming as the taco seasoning. Wonderful flavor.

MostaccioliI'm not the biggest green pepper fan, but still delicious. I think next time I'll try less GP's and a little more fatty ground beef in the mix. Loved the crusty cheese topping, although my oven (convection) cooked it in about 30 minutes

Chef John Folse's Bacon Cheeseburger MeatloafHad the neighbors over for dinner, and this was a huge hit. Delicious. Will definitely make this a regular menu item. Great recipe. Served with sourdough thick crust chewy bread, and my corn casserole I'll put in the recipe area.
