Banana Bread

Banana Bread

I didn't have baking powder so I mixed 2 tablespoons vinegar and 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda instead. I also added 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and used 1/2 cup white and 1/4 cup brown sugar. I put butter on top anyways so less sugar is just fine with me. I also baked about 45 minutes because I like it a little more moist. But awesome recipe! :) Will be making again soon!

Easy One-Dish Ham Bake

Easy One-Dish Ham Bake

Made it as is, but instead of onion powder I chopped a small onion. However the onions were still crunchy so I may use onion powder next time. Also going to substitute cream of chicken for the mushroom. Not the healthiest, but straight up soul food

Favorite Slow Cooker Italian Beef Sandwiches

Favorite Slow Cooker Italian Beef Sandwiches

My husbands new favorite! A bit too salty for me plain, but on the bun with onions peppers and cheese, it was perfect. Will be making this again very soon!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Best ham and potato soup recipe I have found. Went light on the water, and in the end it was still soupy so I had to add instant potato flakes. Added extra onions and celery as well. Right at the end, I sprinkled with about 1/2 c cheddar cheese on each bowl. Very filling!!! Yum!
