Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip CookiesI am probably the worst bakers of all time because I am not patient and I hate to measure. With that said, I followed these directions exactly and my friends and family LOVED them!

Black Bean SoupThis was an instant hit! I started with 30 oz of dry black beans and left about 2 cups of them whole. Then I just doubled the recipe. Delicious! Now I have enough for another dinner and plenty to freeze.
