I live in the desert, and its very hot here right now, cooking is the last thing i want do, at least in the summer
I am a very busy working guy, but im tryin to slow down a bit and learn how to cook, i can make a few things in the kitchen and someday i would like to prepare a wonderful meal for my DW (dear wife)
some of my favorite foods are Mexican food, and seafood, and ice cream, we cant forget the ice cream. My most and famous recipes are "Pain grillé" which is french for "Toast", i make great toast and i can really whup up a great cup of coffee

Caesar SaladI really love a good Caesar salad, not to fishy tho, i use anchoviy paste instead so i dont have to mess with any anchovies, but they are needed for that salty flavor, i put about 1 full teaspoon in my dressing, then you get the flavor but not the fishyness.
