I live in the beautiful state of Washington in the great city of Puyallup! We own a construction company and spend many hours working with that. When we are not busy working we are busy with our 3 wonderful girls. My husband Bill and I have been married for 15 years and still enjoy doing things together whenever possible.

Chicken Enchiladas with a twistOur entire family really enjoyed this recipe. I did have to alter it slightly by straining the Pace salsa because my hubby does not like the vegetables in it. We even had left over filling and my twins took it to school for lunch one day!

Cheesy Scalloped PotatoesThis was great! I did use hashbrowns instead of sliced potatoes and I cooked them before I cooked it in the oven.. My entire family loved this!
