Cape Cod Clam ChowderGreat easy recipe. I omitted the cream altogether and didn't miss it a bit. I also added a tsp of herb de provence (because I didn't have Old Bay, but it worked perfectly) and waited until last minute to add the clams. This makes them perfectly tender.
