European Street Style Beer Cheese SoupThis was a great soup. Having a family from Wisconsin I am use to creamy beer cheese soup so after I cooked the veggies in butter I put them in the food processor and pureed them. This gave a better consistency. All in all this is a great recipe

Slow-Cooked Pepper SteakMy family is a "combined" family with all different kinds of taste buds. Tonight is the second night that I am making this and it is a family favorite!!!! It is easy to throw in and forget about. The only difference I did this time is because I was home I put the pepper strips about 3 hours before it was done so they were a little more crunchy. I would recommend this for any dinner party or if you just want a throw together and forget dinner!

Parmesan Crusted ChickenI made this about a week ago. It was great! My kids loved this even with the sauce! Next time I will have to do an egg wash first to have more of the flour mixture to stick
