Core Whole-wheat Chili-mac 6 Points

Great recipe, easy to make, and easy to adjust recipe to your liking. I was out of cumin, so I used a packet of Sazon Goya instead and it was great!

Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Easy breezy and super tasty even though I was skeptical, since I was under the impression that flour brings the chewy to the cookie. So wrong!

Excellent recipe! Let it sit in the rub for as long as possible. Yum.

Cabbage Soup Diet Cabbage Soup

Cabbage Soup Diet Cabbage Soup

This soup is very easy to make and super light. It really has to sit for a few hours to start tasting good, but it's worth the wait! I highly recommend adding your own herbs and/ low sodium chicken broth. For me, the basic recipe doesn't have enough flavor to make me want to eat it all week. Also- use a food processor if you have one! I hate chopping.

Penne Pasta with Lemon Sauce

Penne Pasta with Lemon Sauce

Dude! This recipe was great. The sauce didn't quite reduce as much as I'd like, it was a little too runny for my taste, but it tasted great. I served it with broiled fresh salmon. Yum! Thanks

I did the same thing as the last few posters-- kept the pork broth and it became too soggy, but still excellent! I just let it simmer a bit with the lid off before adding the sauce and omitted the broth. Yum! Thanks for the recipe, it's going to be Super Bowl food this weekend! Oh, also, grab some good crusty rolls or buns from the fresh bakery section.. Good bread makes a world of difference!

Easy recipe and tastes very good once it has sat for a few hours. I needed more v8 to make mine soup and not mush, but that's an easy fix! Also added a little chicken broth for flavor. If you have a food processor use it! I hate chopping, but loooove this soup.
