Chicken Baseballs

Chicken Baseballs

We make these all the time now. This is a very easy recipe to expand on and do different variations of. We've made broccoli and cheddar baseballs, sausage and pepper... The possibilities are endless. Thanks for sharing.

Butterfinger Cake

Butterfinger Cake

I made this for my husband's birthday and it was a huge hit! I followed the advice of others and did not add the whole can of condensed milk, maybe like 2/3. Dangerous leftovers to have in the house.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Very tasty. Moist, flavorful, and stayed together perfectly. I used whole wheat flour and subbed applesauce for the oil, which gave it a heartier and healthier taste. Probably less sweet that way, but still really good.

Yellow Squash Casserole

Yellow Squash Casserole

This has become one of our family favorites. We usually use green zucchini from out neighbors garden instead of the yellow squash. When we want to turn it into a main dish we add chicken and that works nicely as well.

Eggplant Casserole with Ham

Eggplant Casserole with Ham

This was very tasty and a healthier alternative to eggplant parm. My husband really enjoyed this one as well and insists we make it again. We don't care much for ham, so we used panchetta instead and it was really good.

7 Layer Bar

7 Layer Bar

These are amazing!! So easy to make and, at 8 months pregnant with a crazed sweet tooth, they are dangerously delicious. We called these Hello Dolly's, but whatever the name, I'll be making them again.

No Oven Peanut Butter Squares

No Oven Peanut Butter Squares

Just made these for the first time as part of our Christmas collection. They were so easy and came out delicious!! I used about 2/3 bag of chocolate chips instead of the squares and it worked just fine.
