Best Ever Blueberry Coffee CakeI have been looking for a cake with a certain texture for the last week and this one has made the cut. It was so moist and the texture was excellent. My little girls and myself ate some before it even cooled lol. I would like to make it with the blueberries again but with lemon extract and minus the cinnamon. I am soooo very glad I found this one because it was just what my taste buds was looking for! I will make again this week for sure. Oh forgot to say I used smaller pans than called for. My family likes individual portions but it was still perfect.

Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip CookiesI loved these cookies. Followed the recipe exactly as it was written. My kids ate most of them and my aunt took some to coworkers and they said they were wonderful. This is what a chocolate chip cookie should taste like. Oh yeah I ate 3 straight off the cooling rack. I did make my cookies larger though but they were still soft and chewy.
