Fish TacosI made this last night! It was pretty good, I think next time I'll make the salsa with it. Also I'll marinate my fish for a little extra flavor. Overall yum!

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil SoupI made this last night and I must say it was pretty good! I didn't add salt and pepper because I never know how much I really want so I just added janes crazy mixed up salt and that give it a little extra flavor. Overall it was yummy I'm having it tonight with some grilled cheese sandwiches!

Shrimp and Crab EnchiladasI tried this recipe out tonight, we just changed a few things and it was so delicious! What we did was take the crab and shrimp and cheese mix it together and added a little old bay. Then we laid the mix on the tortillas rolled them up and put the enchilada sauce on top. Sprinkled with green onions. We used the sour cream as dipping sauce. It was awesome, definitely easy and a quick meal to make during the week.

Hot Crab DipI made this for a party at work and everyone seemed to enjoy it! I liked how creamy it was, it needed a little something extra so I added some crazy salt, just for an extra flavor. It turned out good, I'll definitely make it for a party again!

Mexican Chicken-corn ChowderI loved this recipe! It was really chilly this past Monday and I thought what better day to make soup?! I found this recipe and it was so easy and I had everything in my cupboard! It was nice to not have to make an extra grocery trip!
