German Fried PotatoesVery yummy but a bit too greasy for me- next time will make sure I leave enough time to drain some of the oil off but delicious flavours nonetheless! Have served it as a main with steamed vegetables on the side.

Paul Martins Rhubarb Meringue PieI found this delicious, am not usually a fan of rhubarb but found the orange juice gave it a wonderful flavour. Very easy recipe and so simply written out. Will be making this again and again.
