Create A QuicheI've heard quiche to be a troublesome dish, but this recipe is easy and tastes great. I used chopped jarred roasted red peppers for the veggies. 8 oz of sharp Cheddar & 6 oz of Swiss made for a great cheese choice! Even if it was a bit shy of the 2 cups the recipe called for, the sharpness of the Cheddar made up for that. I was so impressed , I'm on my way to the store for spinich and cheese for a new variation today! I'll keep you all posted on the results. Enjoy!
