BIMINI STYLE-LOBSTER CEVICHEYes, it was remarkably great! We loved it and will make it regularly. One of the best ceviche recipes we've tried. Used slipper lobster and it worked great. So fresh and tasty!

Crab Cakes with RemouladeThe best crab cakes as they have a lot of crab and not too much stuffing. Simple and very tasty.

BulgogiMy husband had this years ago while in the service overseas and loved it. He enjoyed it and thought it was very tasty. Added some sliced yellow onion and also red pepper flakes.

Corn and Crab BisqueReally good. My husband loves corn AND crab and thought it was delicious. I added some cayenne pepper to give it some heat which we like and it turned out sooo good. Good quality lump crab is essential. Will make this often.

Cioppino (seafood Stew)Excellent! My husbands favorite. I added fresh basil and oregano also. Broth is sooo good.
