Hi, my name is Tracey and I live in a small country town named Wauchope approximately 450 km from Sydney, Australia. I work as a Circuit Trainer in a ladies fitness centre and have done for the past 5 years.
I love travel, Aussie Rules Football, spending time with my family and friends but one of my biggest passions is cooking and watching the Lifestyle Channel cooking shows....Iron Chef America would have to be a favorite of mine!
I love all kinds of Italian food, pasta and pizza especially. Have my fresh pasta and pizza dough down to a fine art and have spent many casual weekend get togethers with my neighbours and friends sharing my passion of cooking Mediterranean style.
Have recently started baking cakes, muffins etc. and have discovered a niche in cupcake decorating of which I have created many cupcake towers for specials occasions.
Cooking will always be therapy for me... I love it... always have... always will.

Chinese Beef with VegetablesThis recipe was very simple to put together and extremely tasty. I added a clove of garlic and cauliflower flowerets to the recipe and will omit the snow peas next time round.

Crisco is a brand name of vegetable shortening. Sold in blocks like lard but it's not lard, it makes things fluffy. Hope that helps.
