Award Winning White Chicken ChiliWhat kind of pot was this made in?!?! Good grief, such a waste of liquids! I had a huge mess. Drained liquid off twice!

Easy Breakfast PotatoesTo whomever asked: don't boil! You don't want smushy potatoes! I used fresh grated parm chz & 4 medium yellow potatoes...they are good, but i will cut the pepper in half next time. It's a little much for me.

Turkey and Wild Rice SoupVery easy to make! I added peas. Good taste, but the Thyme was a little overwhelming. I used whole grain brown rice bc I had no wild rice in my pantry. Next time I make it, I will only use 2 TBSP of thyme & 1/2 of salt...maybe celery. I will definitely make it again!
