Chicken Pesto PastaI added mushroom and spinach and used shrimp instead of chicken. This makes a lot!

Skillet Mac and CheeseburgerToo much cheese and I don't think the calorie count is correct if an entire block of Velvetta is used.

Chicken 'n' Cheese CasseroleI doubled this recipe and used Velveeta cheese. I think this recipe calls for too much milk...do be aware. Next time I think I'm going to add a bit of broccoli. It was still excellent!

Spinach Artichoke DipThis is the best spinach dip I've ever had! Super easy to make. I only used 1 jar of artichokes. I softened the cream cheese in the same pot as the spinach while the warmed spinach and artichokes were in the strainer.

Tex-mex Chicken Spaghetti CasseroleAlthough I used the butter, I don't think that it's necessary. It was a bit runny or very creamy so I think that the amount of cheese can be cut as well. I used the block kind of Velvetta so maybe that was creamier than the recommended sliced kind. The leftovers were better because the sauces thickened.
