Watermelon SorbetMaking this now! Tastes great, not quite frozen yet though. I make my sorbet without an ice cream maker - I just take it out of the freezer and stir it up every half hour or so... The vodka tip sounds like it'd work well, I'll have to try that next time!

Quick Milk Chocolate FondueTurned out great - wouldn't change a thing! Don't worry too much about chopping the chocolate - it turns out perfectly even if its not chopped up. I used kahlua in it, mmmm. I definitely recommend it - it was really quick an easy.

CHEDDAR-CHEESE FONDUEDelicious. My husband doesn't like the taste of typical fondue thats made with wine - so I tried this recipe. Turned out perfect, and he couldn't stop eating it!

Garlic - Parmesan Crusted Pork ChopsI made this last night - the only issue I had was that my chops were too thick and the outside was dark brown before the inside was cooked. I would recommend using thin cut pork chops to avoid this! I simplified the first step by mixing in the sage, thyme, and some garlic salt (I used this instead of cooking up garlic in the oil and then throwing it away) with the parmesan cheese instead of rubbing it on separately... I don't feel that the end result was any less tasty. With my modifications the recipe should be even quicker and easier for the next time I make it!

Easy One-Dish Ham BakeThis is a great easy to make dish - quite simple to make substitutions and use whatever you have available. I never make it with a can of cheese - I simply toss in some shredded cheese before the bisquick. I added some chopped onions in with the broccoli for more flavor - but thats just personal preference. I've also made it with chicken, just as amazing! My husband is picky, and he asks me to make it often!

Black Bean SaladLove how quick and easy it is! I simplified it... 1 can black beans, 1 can corn, 1 can of chopped tomatoes that are already mixed with peppers or lime and cilantro or whichever you prefer... I added some chopped onions to mine... Delicious!
