Muffins That Taste Like DonutsThese are yummy but they do not taste like donuts. More like a lightly spiced muffin. I would make them again.

White Fish FlorentineWe loved it! I did add a few things: garlic sautéed portbella mushrooms, garlic, onion powder, and lemon pepper seasoning. I used skim milk and omitted the mozzarella cheese but only because I didn't have any.

Eggplant Parmesan LasagnaNot bad. I think it needs a bit more flavor. My hubby accidentally burnt some of the eggplant when frying, but overall it was okay.

Smoky Pork Chops With Cabbage And ApplesVery good. Could use a bit more spice but most German food is a bit bland. I love that you only use one pan! I would make this again.
