Taco CupcakesThese went over very well at a Christmas party. I did two won ton wrappers at the bottom instead of layers, they turned out well but the top of the wrappers burned and I didn't even have them in for the full 20 minutes, next time I will add more taco sauce and salsa, they started to dry out (I had them keeping warm in a crock pot).

White chocolate raspberry cheesecake cookiesI doubled the batch and these turned out delicious. Took these to a Christmas party cookie exchange and I will be sharing the recipe. Next time I will use double the raspberries and half the white chocolate.

Pumpkin CheesecakeI made this yesterday, everyone liked it. Very easy recipe but I actually baked for an additional 20 minutes, it didn't seem done.

New York Style CheesecakeThis recipe was my first attempt a homemade cheesecake. It was delicious! What my boyfriend and I liked most was that it wasn't extremely sweet and rich like most cheesecakes, it was light and fluffy. I made it for my boyfriend's mother's birthday and made my own caramel sauce that I put on top with a homemade strawberry sauce and fresh strawberries. I used a 9" spring form pan because that's all I could find at the local stores... I took it out of the oven about 10 minutes early and it looked almost a tad over done on the sides but nice and moist in the center. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Banana Crumb MuffinsBest Banana muffin recipe I've tried so far! Delicious, my new favorite. I only used two bananas though because that is all I had at home. I will be making this again and again! I might add more cinnamon next time.

Everyday Blueberry PancakesVery Delicious, thank you for sharing the recipe. I added milk to the batter half way through because the batter was so thick it wouldn't cook through without burning unless I turned the heat very low and cooked them 4-5 minutes each side. I think I will also add vanilla extract next time, my boyfriend thought it was missing some flavor... But I loved the taste and how fluffy they turned out.

Deep Dish Apple Pie with Brandy Pecan Crumb ToppingI have gotten pretty great reviews from people who I've made this for, it is the best apple pie you will ever eat if you can bake it properly. I have had it turn out numerous ways, perfect to runny filling, not baked all the way through, or just not looking like it did the time previous. I think a lot depends on the ingredients you use, how you mix them and the order in which you do things. I'm still working out the best practice...

Creamy Chicken PenneThis was awesome! I changed the amounts of some ingredients, added an additional clove of garlic and I always use montreal chicken seasoning when cooking chicken. This one is added to my favorites
