Momma's Corn MuffinsI enjoy muffins in the morning for breakfast with coffee, sometimes I'll have cereal with them. I substituted the sugar with splenda, they turned out excellent, have not tried them with sugar.

Roasted Asparagus[I posted this recipe.]

Bette's Blueberry MuffinsI substituted sugar for splenda, did not include chocolate chips, muffins came out perfect a golden brown, did not fall apart like some muffings do, I used fresh blueberries which added to the flavor, great recipe.
