What's for dinner?
I really enjoy cooking. My biggest highlight was throwing together a chicken soup, send a container with my son to eat during his break at work, and when he got home he said "That was the most awsome soup ever!!"

Pop's MeatloafMy grandfathers recipe, this meatloaf is much more like a hamburger. It is very kid friendly! I have come to substitute the bread crumbs for unseasoned stuffing. [I posted this recipe.]

Cake Mix CookiesI flattened the cookies out the first time and they had a crinkely edge to them. Next time I flattened them with my hand and they came out perfect for decorating. Crispy, easy and very good.
