I do the admin and accounts for a Grahic Design company - interesting varied work!
I love stir fries, lightly cooked crisp vegetables, fresh fruit, fish and seafood - actually, now that I think of it - almost ALL FOOD
My husband and I try to eat healthy meals, cooked from fresh ingredients, and taking note of the 5 to 7 fruit & vegetable servings a day, rule.
When we entertain, I usually make dishes I've never tried before - talk about living on the edge! Luckily, they usually turn out well!

Sour Cream Oven OmeletTried this yesterday, and had to make part of it with just cheese for someone that doesn't eat ham. We all LOVED it! I made it in a large and a small cast iron frying pan, and it was perfectly cooked on the base. I did leave it in the oven for about 10 minutes longer than you suggested. We are looking forward to making it again, using different fillings each time. Thank you for sharing this ...

I am thrilled to hear that you enjoy the beauty of the lemons. I also think they are beautiful and give them with a recipe card for a gift to friends. I always keep them in my fridge so they will be ready to use. Looking forward to hearing from you in mid October when you use them! Do you have Israeli couscous available? It is a great accompaniment to the Moroccan chicken!
