Country Baked Potato Soup
Retired. Just moved the family to the country. Plan to grow my own vegetables. Raise free range chickens and sell my eggs to a local market. We like to eat. Recently completed a kitchen remodel. Got a new Gas 48" convection Viking. My husband loves when I cook!

My favorite foods are: Steak, Macaroni and Cheese, Pasta of any kind, potato soup, tortilla soup, mushrooms, salad, & Birthday Cake with icing.
I fried my first egg by myself, start to finish, when I was 3 years old.

Super Easy Chicken Tortilla SoupWe love this! I used Chi Chi's mild chunky salsa, Campbells chicken broth, a rotisserie chicken, and Kroger's Nice n Cheesy Queso Blanco cheese. Fantabulous when served with grilled cheese sandwiches!

Chicken Enchiladas - Your Family Will Beg For More!The queso blanco cheese comes in a brick and is labeled "nice & cheesy" but it's like the generic version of Velveeta. Melt the rest of the brick to use as a cheese dip.

Shepherd's Pie (gordon Ramsey's)My family of 4 really liked this recipe. I added a half can of peas as a layer before mashed potatoes, & next time I will add a can of diced tomatoes. I will fix it again. :-)

Country Baked Potato SoupMy whole family loves potato soup. ... We may even be potato soup snobs! This is by far the best, and the fastest potato soup I've ever made. The whole family raved! This will go in the "family favorites" recipe box!!!
