	Scalloped Onion Trio We loved this! I was pleased to make it because it used up a glut of leeks I've had in my fridge forever and I also happened to have all the other ingredients too. However I altered the recipe by throwing in a couple handfuls of leftover roast chicken and some cauliflower to make it into a main dish.
