Very good and very easy. I only chilled them 30 minutes and they still came out soft and chewy.

Bourbon Chicken

Bourbon Chicken

I use 1/4 tsp ground ginger and it comes out great. You might want to cut back on the red pepper if you don't want it too spicy. I only use 1/4 tsp.

French Toast

I used a loaf of Italian bread I had left over from dinner earlier in the week. Sprinkled powdered sugar on top and my kids inhaled it! They gave it 5 stars!

My husband loves split pea soup and I had a ham bone left over from Easter, so I decided to give this recipe a try. I used carrots and parsley. So incredibly easy and absolutely delicious!

Mushroom Barley Soup

Mushroom Barley Soup

Excellent! Going into my favorites. I also added 4 bone in chicken thighs. Browned them prior to sautéing the vegetables then added back into the pot with the barley. Removed them once barley was cooked, shredded the meat and added back into the soup.

High Temp Eye Of Round Roast

High Temp Eye Of Round Roast

Followed the directions to a T except seasoned with Some garlic in addition to salt and pepper. Absolutely fantastic- tender and flavorful. Ours came out a perfect medium. Next time I will take it out a bit earlier as we prefer our meat closer to medium-rare.

Been making these since my kids were little and now my daughter makes them herself. Between my husband and my kids they never last long in our house! We do leave out the nuts, though.

As a follow up to my earlier review, I used low sodium soy sauce and it came out great! Might help those who think it is too salty.

Bourbon Chicken

Would definitely make again, my husband and son loved it. Would probably cut back a bit on the red pepper flakes as it was a little spicy for my son. plan to try with boneless chicken thighs next time as we prefer dark meat.

Very good and easy! Ingredients that I always have on hand. I did substitute white wine for half of the water and I seasoned with thyme and sage.

I can not find a way to edit the lasgana recipe but I have updated with a review. I dont know if your bechemel was to thin or what, I've never had it soupy, although it has never remained a "formed" piece once on the plate. I hope that my review update will help.
There is NO sauce within in the lasagna, since the region of Italy where the comes from that is not the way they make it. I hope you will re-try with my corrections and just message me if you have questions.
