Applesauce Banana BreadThis is a low-fat recipe (eggs are the fat source in the original recipe) that uses a lot of banana. As it is it's surprisingly tasteless. I'd recommend adding cinnamon and some healthy nuts (walnuts have omega-3 oil). If you really want to boost the health factor add about a quarter cup of flax seed meal too.

Praline CookiesSimilar to crescent cookies, but with more nuts and crunchy on the outside, but chewy on the inside. I used about 1/3 cup of almond "flour" from Trader Joe's instead of that much pecan, and chopped all the pecans fine. That worked out very well.
