Chocolate CheesecakeJust finished a slice of this and it was excellenyt. I added condensed milk to the recipe as I find baked cheesecakes turn out very well with this addition, Also added a 1/3 of a cup of cocoa. Will definitely make again, everyone loved it!

Decadent Chocolate Truffle TorteAs a chocolate Mousse I would give this 4 or 5 stars,but as a cake it gets only 1.This cannot be cut and is not truffle consistency,it's a good mousse that should be set in the fridge in glasses.
