'da best homemade SalsaThis really came out pretty darn good (as seen in the second picture posted for this recipe). I threw all of the ingredients in our Ninja but I added two cloves of fresh garlic and substituted a hand full of fresh cilantro instead of dried. Delicious!

All Bran Wheat Bran MuffinsDo not use paper muffin cups, they will stick to the bottom of the muffin. Also, don't be alarmed...after all the ingredients are mixed, the mixture will be sticky.

Sauteed Chicken Breast with Sherried Mushroom Cream SauceWe've made this several times. For ourselves and for company. We love it and our company jut raved about it! I've also made it gluten free with multi purpose gluten free flour. The gravy desires a little more liquid in that version, but. It was still delicious!

Italian Sausage FettucineI made a couple of tweaks to the recipe according to what the reviews stated and because I am gluten free. I used half milk and half heavy cream and I started off sautéing the onion & some carrots and then added 1 & 1/2 tbsp of GF flour. Result: the hubby loved it! That always scores A+ in my book. Thanks!

Microwave Hollandaise SauceWish I had read the reviews before making this. Didn't make it to the second microwaving, it curdled right away. What a waste! Luckily, I found another recipe that had me prepare it on the stove and it worked perfectly. This recipe seems to work for others, guess it was just me.

Italian Meatballs (a "foodwishes" Recipe)Excellent recipe! It was a definite hit with my family. Thanks for posting it! Btw, I made this another time for some out of town visitors. One of them is considered a really good cook and even she was impressed. Thanks for making me look good!

Eggs Benedict with Easy HollandaiseThis recipe saved my breakfast! I'd never made Hollandaise sauce from scratch before so out of sheer expectation that all recipes were about the same, I went with another which detailed using the microwave instead of the stove to make this. BIG mistake! Dont do it. It was a curdling disaster! I found this one an it worked like a charm! Thanks soooo much!

Turkey Soup for the Slow CookerWe had some left over turkey tenderloin so we cubed it up and added two potatoes and at the very end, threw in some kale on top. The result was incredible! I actually looked forward to leftovers the next day!nthanks so much for this posting.

Spicy Fried ChickenI divided this recipe in half since I only had 2 thick chicken breasts which I quartered. I also used gluten free all-purpose flour. I didn't really expect much since gluten free flour is so unpredictable. I was pleasantly surprised though. It turned out crispy on the outside and juicy inside. It definitely had a good kick to it as well. I will be making this again!

Easy Chicken Pot Pie (gluten-free)The taste of the inside was good, but I didn't think it made enough to cover the top completely. I would double it next time, or better yet, use GF bisquick and follow the recipe for their pot pie topping which is both good and way.

Cherry Pie Filling Using Canned Tart CherriesPerfect!!! Just what I was looking for! Thanks for posting.

Cheesecake Factory Pumpkin CheesecakeI made this for thanksgiving and Christmas. Took the leftovers to work and it was twice the hit! Everyone loved it and people at work wanted the recipe right away!

Best Gluten Free BreadI am a new member of the gluten free lifestyle so I have been looking around big oven & other recipe resources to find new and appetizing alternatives. This bread is as promised. As close to regular homemade bread as your gunna get gluten free. I added caraway & sesame seeds. It seemed to give it a much richer flavor. Thanks a bunch for the posting!

Spicy Cheeseburger SoupI was more unprepared to make this than I thought, so I had to make some alterations. Didn't have any jalapeño or bell pepper so I added celery, mushrooms and some left over peas just 'cause my husband and I like them and 1 & 1/2 tsps of red pepper flakes. Whew! Didn't need the paprika after that. Also substituted 2 tbsps of gluten free flour. Loved it! Tasted a lot like Marie Calenders potato & cheese soup. Thanks!!

Award Winning White Chicken ChiliI cut this recipe in half, and I only had 14oz of half and half on hand so I added a total of 4 tbsps of gluten free flour to it. I also used cubed up turkey roast cooked as the chicken should have been. Plus, i used mccormicks chicken taco spice mix and since it already had cumin, i halved the amt. My husband said "wow! This stuff is amazing!" Lol! Guess u could say it was a hit. Thanks for posting.

Thick & Creamy Ranch DressingMy husband wanted the ranch more tangy so I took a cue from other recipes and added 1/2 a tsp of vinegar and 1/2 a tsp of dried buttermilk. I also added an additional tbsp of dried chives and through it all in the Ninja to mix until smooth. Exactly what we were looking for!

Delicious Ham and Potato SoupPerfect for leftover Xmas ham! I made this with extra veggies, 3 tbsps of gluten free flour for the roux and I cooked 2 bouillon cubes with the potatoes from the beginning and added an addl cup of water. It was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for the posting!

Popovers - Williams SonomaI gave this the rating I did because everyone that ate them at my house really seemed to like them. I personally thought they were a little bland, but then again, I've never had a popover before lol! One warning I would give is...they rise...a lot! I had to lower my oven grate to accommodate them since my first batch got too close to the oven element and burned :(

Mini Cheesecake BitesReally great! Didn't even need a topping in my opinion. I separated the recipe in half so I could make 1/2 gluten free by using GF graham crackers. Nobody could tell the difference. Plus, the size was perfect portioned for those of us that want to deny the guilt :)
