Pretzel-Crusted ChickenLove, love, love this recipe! It's like chicken nuggets for grown-ups! Made mashed potatoes and a mediterranean blend of vegetables. My husband and I loved it!

Oreo BallsI got this same recipe from my husband's aunt. Everyone loves them whenever I make them. I'm not a big fan of white chocolate, so I just use milk chocolate. Melting the cookies and cream candy bars sounds like a good idea, I might have to try that! P.S. Instead of dipping the balls into the chocolate, I use a spoon and pour it over the frozen balls. Much less messy than dipping.

Enchiladas Sante FeI made it with beef instead of chicken, and put corn in instead of the chilies, and it was pretty good. Next time I'll probably add the chilies though, as it was a little bland.
