Black-Eyed Pea StewFantastic! Made it on New Year's Day. Didn't have a ham hock, but tasted good with a couple of slices of ham left over from Christmas! A keeper! Won't wait a year to make them again!

Banana Crumb MuffinsReally good!! I added about 1/2 cup pecans to batter. May cut topping in half next time - almost too sweet for a breakfast muffin - but wonderful flavor overall!

Emeril Brined and Roasted TurkeyAwesome! I've never cooked a whole turkey myself before and loved the results. So moist and flavorful! Tip: I used the bottom crisper in my refrigerator to hold the turkey while brining.

Chicken Fajitas Or SteakReally great - marinade made the meat so tender! Added a chopped tomato to onion and peppers and served with sour cream and picante sauce. Will definitely make this again!
