Blue Cheese Burgers With Red OnionsSimple and delicious. I love me a good burger and this did not dissapoint. Ate with some of them garlic dill pickles and darn near thought my tongue would explode from the great flavors. My gal gave it 2 thumbs up and she's a burger connosieur!

Creamy Cajun Chicken PastaGood, Real Good. My girl also used fresh tomatoes since we don't never have none. I'm darn crazy about this meal though! Creamy rich sauce and great seasoning. Very satsfied with this one.

Joe's Special SandwichesThis is bad, real bad. What kind of instructions are these? Reads like a bad romance "until they give up their moisture"?? What in tarnation does that mean? I'm not the bestest cook ever, so I set to scratchin my head over wat exact doneness "stir until set" means. Sure as rain, mine didn't come done right. Not keepin it.
