Pork Tenderloin Roast with Apple, Onion and Garlic Gravy

Really, really good! I added carrots, 1/2 sweet potato, one Bosc pear and a little more honey. The gravy turned out perfect, kids loved it. Will be making this again soon.

Zucchini Bread

Zucchini Bread

Very, very good! I've made it twice in the last month. Very moist, not dry at all like some recipes. The flavor is great, everything you want in a perfect zucchini bread. I also like the fact that the recipe makes 2 loaves at once. Because the first one gets eaten so fast!

Tangy Tortellini Salad

Tangy Tortellini Salad

The dressing is fantastic! I had to use cheese filled raviolis but it still turned out delicious. I served this salad 2 hours after I made it and it was still moist and the flavors were just right. Next time I will make Xtra dressing for the next day. I will definitely make this again.

Pasta Salad with Corn, Green Beans, Tomatoes

Really good. I only had red wine vinegar - I will try again with the white wine vinegar next time.

Easy Brownie Nut Biscotti

Easy Brownie Nut Biscotti

Recipe did not turn out like biscotti (hard and crisp) - more like dried out brownies. I would not make this recipe again.

Sindhi Chicken Curry

Sindhi Chicken Curry

Excellent! My family loved this dish. Even the kids (who don't normally eat curry dishes) loved it. I didn't have fresh cilantro available, but I didn't notice it missing. I was a little unsure of which kind of tomatoes to put in - the recipe states "28oz. tomatoes chopped liquid" - I had stewed tomatoes, pureed tomatoes (tomato sauce) and whole tomatoes, so I put in the can of whole tomatoes and just chopped them up and also included all the juice. Anyways, it's a great dish and actually very fast to make.

Deep-Fried Whole Wheat Breads with Cumin (Puri)

Deep-Fried Whole Wheat Breads with Cumin (Puri)

Very good. Easy to make. I found the perfect temperature for frying was 375 degrees. I used a Fry Daddy so I wouldn't have the hot oil splattering everywhere. I will make this again, but I would add more spices and a little more salt in the dough.

Fresh Herb and Parmesan Risotto

Fresh Herb and Parmesan Risotto

I've never made risotto before but this dish turned out fantastic! Very easy instructions and although I used dried herbs instead, it was still very flavorful and delicious. I would absolutely make again.
