Thanksgiving TurkeyI made this for my first Christmas dinner, and everyone loved it! I soaked it in the brine for about 8hrs and it turned out very flavorful and moist! Now that the holidays are over and Ive had a break from Turkey, Im thinking of making it again this weekend! Thanks for such a great recipe!!!
